Read this first. Manga Browser is a web browser. It contains no manga and hosts nothing. You choose which websites to open and you are responsible for that choice, just as you would be in any other browser.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Manga Browser Android
application (package com.mangabrowser.app) and this website. If you do not
agree with them, do not install or use the app.
2. What the app does and does not do
Manga Browser is a browser and reader. Specifically:
- It does not host any manga, manhwa, manhua, comic, image or other copyrighted work.
- It does not store or distribute content on any server we run.
- It does not index, curate or recommend pirated material, and ships with no content library.
- It renders pages from the website you chose to visit, in a cleaner reading view, on your device.
Every page you see belongs to a third-party website. All rights, licensing, legality and availability of that material are the responsibility of that website's operator, not ours. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, third-party content.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws of your country.
- Respect the terms of service and the copyright of any website you open.
- Not use the app to access, download or distribute material you have no right to.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app or its security.
- Not use the app to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or attack any website or service.
- Not redistribute or sell the app or a modified version of it.
You are solely responsible for the websites you choose to visit and for what you do with them.
4. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. The open web contains material unsuitable for minors; parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by younger readers.
5. Copyright and takedown
We respect intellectual property rights. Because we host no content, we cannot remove material from a third-party site — the site's operator or its hosting provider can. If your work appears without permission on a website, please contact that site or its host directly, as that is the only place a takedown can be effective.
If you believe the app itself infringes your rights, write to support@animekill.com with a description of the work, where the issue appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We respond to valid notices promptly.
6. Advertising
The app is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads appear inside the app's own interface only. We do not inject ads into third-party pages, and we do not take a share of any advertising shown by the websites you visit.
7. Ad blocking
The app includes an ad and tracker blocker that runs on your device. It is provided for your convenience — to make pages readable and to reduce pop-ups and forced redirects. It is not guaranteed to block everything, and blocking behaviour may change as the app is updated.
8. Availability
The app is provided as-is and may change, break or become unavailable at any time. Third-party websites change constantly: a site that works today may not work tomorrow, and page detection may fail on some layouts. We make no guarantee that any particular website will work with the app, now or in future.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app or of any third-party website reached through it. This includes any legal consequence of content you chose to access.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the app, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the app develops. The “last updated” date above will change and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
